NOT YOUR TYPICAL LOVE STORY
Boy meets girl. Boy asks girl to marry him. Boy and girl call off their wedding right before the
ceremony only to be kidnapped by their deranged videographer who forces them to marry at gunpoint so he
can finish his film. Classic story.
Kristin Dillon and Chris Cole are an unconventional couple -- he's a quirky, superstitious science teacher, and she's a "don't f*** with me" sportscaster with mommy issues. So of course they wanted an unconventional wedding video. Little did they realize what they were in for when they hired Virgil Crumb, the Cecil B. DeMille of wedding videographers. Virgil's "vision" for his film (note the word his) involved monitoring the couple's every move as well as digging up dirt on the couple by interviewing family, friends and anyone else who could create a little dramatic conflict. But as with science experiments, the observer influenced the observed. Cracks in the relationship began to show amidst a background of wedding preparation stress and family drama. In a flurry of anger, Kristin and Chris call the wedding off.
Virgil is furious. How could these ... these actors ruin 'his' film? He will stop at nothing in order to complete his cinematic masterpiece. Chris and Kristin will realize they are meant to be together or else!
